Subscription tiers, pricing, trial periods, and billing schedules will be described here. You may update or cancel subscriptions according to the billing terms displayed at checkout.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer the platform, or upload unlawful content. Clinpax may suspend access if activity violates usage policies or jeopardises platform security.
Data, privacy, and security
Data handling, retention, and security commitments are covered in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring patient consent and compliance with relevant privacy and health legislation.
Medical disclaimer
Clinpax is a clinical support tool and does not provide medical advice. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating practitioner.
Intellectual property
Clinpax retains ownership of the platform, trademarks, and proprietary content. You retain ownership of your patient data and outputs, subject to the licence needed to deliver the service.
Availability and support
Availability targets, planned maintenance windows, and support channels will be documented here. We aim to provide timely assistance but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Termination
Either party may terminate access according to the notice periods described in the final terms. Upon termination, access is revoked and data is handled in line with the privacy policy.
