What is CLINPAX?

Clinpax helps all clinicians create high-quality clinical notes from consultations. How does the free trial work?

You can start a free trial immediately after sign-up. During the trial, you will have access to all features with a cap on number of consultations each day. We do not cancel your free trial after a specific period so you can continue to explore the features before subscribing to one of the paid plans. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

No—most clinicians prefer to try the product first. If you choose to upgrade, you will be prompted to add billing details at that point.

Can I cancel anytime? What is your cancellation policy?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can request export and/or deletion of your data. After cancellation, we retain data only as required for operational, legal, or compliance purposes.

How do you protect patient data?

We use industry-standard security practices such as encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and secure infrastructure. We also apply monitoring and auditing to help detect and prevent unauthorized access.

Is the product compliant with healthcare privacy regulations?

We are built to support applicable healthcare privacy and security expectations (e.g., clinical privacy obligations and regulated data handling).

Where is data stored and processed?

Data storage and processing regions may vary depending on your plan and configuration. If you have requirements around data residency (e.g., keeping data in-country), contact us and we will confirm the available options for your region.

Do you train your AI models on my patients' data?

By default, we do not use your patient data to train public or shared models. If we ever offer an opt-in improvement program, it will be clearly explained and disabled by default unless you explicitly agree.

Who owns the clinical notes and outputs?

You do. Your clinic retains ownership of your notes and outputs. We provide the software to generate drafts, but clinical review and final sign-off always remains the clinician's responsibility.
